How do I know if my date is available?Check our Calendar! Once your first payment is made we officially post it on our Calendar.

How do I schedule a time to come look at the venue?Private tours can be scheduled by filling out the contact form here . Please indicate that you are interested in touring and our Director will send over her scheduling link to sign up. Private tours are limited to no more than four guests at this time.

Do you hold dates?No, we do not hold dates. Once you receive a contract from us, a signed copy must be returned along with the security deposit of $500 and the first 50% payment within five business days

Where can we take photos on the property?You are welcome and encouraged to take photos on the pier, throughout the gardens, and around the William Brown House and historic complex. You will not have access to the inside of the William Brown House or the historic buildings as those are museums. If you would like to have them open and staffed for tours, the fee is $3,000.
